PayPal limited by $1000- need to be verified

Accidentally slipped up yesterday and ended up with $1015 in my Stealth PayPal Account and they are holding it until i verify my identity . Obviously the PayPal account was made with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.
They are requesting Government ID to verify my identity which i can't get.
My question, is their anyway around this. For example can i send in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ license or another document? or is their an option to talk my way out of it? Will they check my info against a government database?
Would love some decent help on this one

Search the forum Marketplace or Secondeye,they provide the document.They said pass rate is high.I am interested to open stealth AU account,but the $1000 limit is trouble,so please let me know your solution result.Thanks.
