Monthly withdrawal limit?

I just created my first stealth account where I noticed (before adding bank account) that my withdrawal limit was $700. After adding a verified bank account PP said my withdrawal limit was increased but did not specify an amount.
My question is what is a safe monthly withdrawal limit so they don't ask for ID?
Also, will adding a verified card increase the limit?
