Hi all.

Just wanted to confirm that creating a stealth AU PayPal account using anonymous names has anyone had problems lately?

1) the bank account you link to PayPal will they ever ask for bank statements? How does that work because your PayPal account will never have the same name as your bank account?

They can't check against real bank systems right?

2) if your PayPal account gets flagged for some proof of account ownership what documents do they ask for?

1. Yes, PayPal ask for bank statements as part of their verification process.
2. They ask for ID, Proof of Address (utility bills), Invoices and more.

Since you're using stealth info, you need to provide 'creative' docs then.

One more question if you use something like Nord VPN or some other VPN provider they obviously used shared IPs amongst their customers.

So if you use one of these VPN providers will your stealth account automatically get flagged? Even if you have a new static IP from a VPN provider or ISP it doesnt mean that someone in the past hasnt used this IP for a stealth account.

ISPs dont have unlimited ipv4 addresses and old/released addresses get reused ALL the time.

Ebay/Paypal cant block all the IPv4 ranges otherwise they will block legitimate users all the time.

Just to keep it simple
VPN = auto-flagged by paypal
REAL IPs = always good

And this answers your question
So I'd suggest you just use tethering from your sim cards.

OK so I've got an issue now. I've got an paypal account with anonymous names but how to attach a real bank account to it? To buy stuff and to also withdraw money?

Wont that flag something that the name on the paypal (anonymous one) is linked to a bank account with different real persons name on it?

Though they have ways to check that. Yea, that's fine. Though it is recommended that those details should match.
