Business PayPal or personal PayPal?

As I understand it, business PayPal has higher limits but more security which could lead to a frozen account.

I want to sell high value items ($1,100 - $2,250) but I don't want a 180 hold/account frozen.

Which is the best account to open? Business or personal?

I think told them that i am NOT a BUSINESS. I don't have a physical store, and got some more explanations and they accepted it.
The reason i do that is i cannot present a valid business registration document haha!

I'm surprised that works. I would have thought they'd tell you to get a personal account.
