positives outweigh negs re ccnow

Negs
===
45 days to initially get paid[ after that every 15days ]
$15 for the intl wire transfer
May invite extra scrutiny from GayBay
paypal brainwashing makes it tricky to integrate into Ebay
5% per transaction fee

Postives
======
-Ship with good customer service = no limitation
-Loves Sellers, suspects all buyers [ reverse of paypal ]
-For unconverted buyers who are still brainwashed by paypal, ccnow offers stealth techniques for transfer of funds from paypal to ccnow
-CCNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and JCB cards.This includes all card types that are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc

Its harder for Aussie sellers as we have to accept paypal but accepting ccnow is inkeeping with Ebays rules as ccnow is not on their prohibited list and ccnow accepts paypal as a payment method.

I asked on eBay's answer center if CCNOW was accepted. One of their moderators just removed my post without giving a reason in their form letter.

Hello Folks,

I know this is an old thread but it definitely needs to be revived for those of us in Australia.

I've been burnt by paypal that many times, it aint funny no more and there should be more talk in the forum about paypal alternatives, rather than just focusing on how to bypass paypal. It should be boycott Paypal (pretty unrealistic but you know).

I've been on the forum for a bout half a year now and still do not get merchants accounts and how they work properly.

I am seriosuly thinking of never using paypal again and switching to CCNOW provided that it's still working for ppl in Oz.

How do you integrate CCNow with each and every different stealth a/cs? Do you pay separate fees for each different stealth a/c you have?

How's CCnow been going for Aus based people in the forum? Is it a yeah or a nay??

I been trying to google ccnow reviews and what not for australians but all talk seemed to be from the middle ages where sellers still thought paypal was a blessing and ccnow only a slow and more expensive alternative.

I think it would help a lot of Oz based people in the forum if any of you who have used CCNOw AU could chime in...

Cheers!

Do not know if CCnow has integrated into the ebay system.This is very important.After buyer ordered item and then if the payment would be directly switched to the CCnow payment page and for buyers to pay,or need the sellers to do it manually(Send payment links via message or email).

From what I know that moneybookers might would be a way to receive payment from ebay.But can't accept payment from paypal,only accepts money from credit cards or MB balance.
