can paypal block you from withdrawing your money, if so what would the reasons be??
 

Hey, first time iv been on here so not sure how all this works........but anyway.......what i really want to know is.........If my ebay seller fees are overdue or my account has been suspended and i have money sitting in paypal.....can paypal stop me from transferring the money to my bank account????

The reason i'm concerned is......ebay have overcharged me on my sellers account and are charging me in US dollars which is a muck up at their end. I've refused to pay up until they issue a new invoice in AU dollars with credits taken into account. They've agreed to the credits but i haven't heard from them for sometime regarding it......the whole process is proving to be very lengthy & havent been credited yet. My ebay fees were due yesturday, im concerned that people will be depositing money into paypal and i may not be able to get it if this goes on for too long, as i have heard of paypal holding money before but usually for customer disputes not ebay fees........

Anyone had any experience with this??????????

Sure, they block people from withdrawing funds everyday.

They won't do it today though.. they'll do it when your eBay account is suspended for non payment. And that won't happen for instantly either.

hmmm how long do they usually take to suspend an account for non payment??
