Changes To Paypal Agreement No More Online Savings Accounts?
Just read the changes to Paypal user agreement and noted that they are introducing 'Top Up' account as way of verifying a Paypal account. Rather than Paypal make deposits to the account to verify it they make a direct debit from the account. Will this stop the use of the online savings accounts that only allow withdrawals to your own linked bank account? It is not possible to send money to Paypal or direct debit from these accounts (made them great and super safe to use with Paypal) so once these changes take effect next month we'll no longer be able to use them for verification?
I have been busy opening bank accounts online the last few days and adding them to accounts (guess I am not alone there). |
