PAY PAL linking personal details?
 

Someone please shed some light!

My Pay Pal Account has been limited therefore every time it ry creat a NEW Pay Pal Account with Everything different but my surname again it gets limited, I want to know Pay Pal is linking these details through my surname or IP address? I tried creating another Pay Pal Account for my Brother with the same surname and Pay Pal puts a limitation, I then created one from the same PC with Obviously having the same IP addres but different Name, Last Name etc and after 1 week it is still active!

Im confused, please help

hmm... tricky one... paypal cant link everyone in the world with the same surname, so there must be something very intrinsic -

have you tried a different address?

There are many ways your account can get linked, IP, physical address, bank account numer, using the same user account ont he computer, etc. (plus many more.)

Also if you have not bought the Stealth book yet, I would suggest it as it answers all those questions plus many more. It walks you through the whole process.

And btw...just because it is active after 1 week doesn't mean it will stay that way.

@sia, You say you make an account in whatever details. What happens then? Is there any activity (money transactions) or what? Your info is too generalized for an helpful answer :pop2:
