Paypal Limited - ID Verification
 

After Paypal had asked for verification for the last 2 months and me not responding, they have limited my account.

They want previous addresses?

Can someone please help!

?Previous addresses. Why are they doing that UNLESS they are trying to trick you & link you to other accounts: that's what I suspect :spy:

Yes, they are trying to link me as it's not far from my previous account.

What do I do?

I have access to that address as they are a friends.

Do I use her past addresses? Or say I have been there for 10 plus years or something along those lines?

I have to provide License, passport or birth certificate, plus utility bill.

I have been through same situation couple times, once i advised of no previous address - once i provided a family friends address and another time i supplied another unrelated address altogether. Each time they still asked for the ID, and when i didnt give an address they hit me with requests for invoices and supplier info. Plus, Ive learnt that if you provide what they ask for quickly and without any dramas, your paperwork doesnt get scrutinised as much :)

I figured as much. That's why I delayed contacting them, trying to put off the inevitable.

I guess it pays to have everything ready for it...... next time.

i sent a doctored utility bill and got locked. this isn't the best advice imo.
