Paypal issues: I really hope I have not stuffed up :(
 

I created a new ebay 2 days ago.
I created a new PP acc today using a prepaid cc.
With a new PC and internet connection.

I havent done this for a long time and I think I have stuffed up...

when I linked my ebay and paypal.... I tried to get verified, I used the option of CreditCard to be verified.

They were going to take $2 out off that card and I need to provide them with a 4 digit code.

The trouble is, the card I used does not have an option for registering a name, or any sort of online transaction history etc... so I won't be able to see that code.

It is an AusPost prepaid card that I used. Do you think I will be safe? :shhh:

so long as you can get the code from the card supplier you should have no problems.

Oh I just logged onto the prepaid card link and can see the transaction from Paypal with the 4 digit code now, just no name on card. That should be OK ya?

Remind me again, I can still add new saving account dets to pp acc now for withdrawal purposes right?

Can someone clear up my confusion please, Paypal asked me to verify which I did and had to put in the 4 digit code. Today when I went to pay for an item I won it doesn't come up Paypal but Paymate appears, what the...... is going on, now they want my credit card number which I don't want to give them as I am a Paypal user, I don't understand as nowhere did I agree to joing Paymate:mad2:
Are Paypal and Paymate in any way associated, and how come Paypal asked for this verification which when they did I sent an email to make sure the request came from them, now Paypal does not appear on my checkout payment anywhere.

If anyone can help me I would be most grateful :doh:
