This seems like nonsense to me.
Starts with "not received"... And 2 minutes later goes from not received to SNAD
All in a matter of minutes: Buyer: Dispute filed
Buyer: Dispute escalated to claim
Buyer: Dispute filed
Buyer: Item Not Received case switched to Significantly Not As Described case "The buyer received this item and changed their dispute reason to Item Not As Described. Changing the reason automatically escalates the dispute to a claim"

Now my only options is to refund. I cant fight the not received claim because it lasted 20 seconds... And now its SNAD. so if I fight it, he has to return it. But if he didn't receive it, how does he return it? Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of $xxx USD. The buyer must return the item(s).
Refund first, return later? this is a mess....
Why they made this so I'm not really involved is pretty dumb.
