Paypal Limited, want tracking numbers
 

Paypal have limited my account with their anti laundering policies, anyway I have provided them with all the documentation they wanted, anyway they keep saying they want tracking numbers. Now, I don't supply tracking numbers unless the buyers request it, I explained that to them and they asked for the receipts with postcodes on them which I sent via email, they then reply they want tracking numbers!!!!
Once again I explained to them that I don't supply them, has anybody else had this problem, I have sent the items so I'm not lying to them about that. What can I do to convince them, I could contact the people to give me feedback confirming they received the items and then show paypal, would that work??

Had same problem as my items were large so sent byu couriers and did not have tracking numbers. Had to waqit until ALL buyers gave me ffedback to get funds.

it happened the same to me when i sent item to customer via emails. what i did is i just sent picture of emails that i send to customer to paypal (it must be included customer's email address, and the items (ie. key code), date) . they'r alright with that instead for tracking number.
