Just an update, that St.George just called me today ask me to close bank accounts and won't let me to do business with them anymore.

So St.george and Suncorp aren't option for stealth PayPal anymore

Still looking for other solutions.

But now you can verified AU PayPal using VCC so it is okay at the moment without bank accounts verification

Suncorp no longer accept 'other' names on any transactions. Not recommended for stealth.:juggle:
