Reuse bank account?
 

I have a ebay and paypal account, both stealth. ebay account taken down, but paypal is fine. is it possible i remove the bank account from my paypal which is not under any limitation, close my paypal account and reuse the bank account (ie opening a new pair of eb and pp and link the bank account to this new paypal?)

You can no longer do that. Paypal recently enforced a new policy making it impossible to add a used bank account onto another paypal account, regardless of whether if it was previously removed or not.

that is too bad..guess i will go to the bank and ask them give me a new bank account, hope the staff would help me do that.

Why would you think of using an old bank account that had been attached to a SUSPENDED account again? If it was possible, and luckily it is not, that's a link.
