Help, sole trader Paypal Proof of identity
 

Hi everyone

My personal ebay ID was suspended and paypal was limited permanently one year ago, all my informations should be on ebay paypal's blacklist.
And from stealth book, aspkin said if i got ABN, register ebay ID with business account, i should be a legal seller.
But what i'm worry about is, if my paypal account over $1000, paypal would ask for proof of identity, the proof of identity for sole trader are ABN registered letter, Photo ID, and proof of address, the problem is, the photo ID had been upload before for my suspended account. If i upload again for my business account, would ebay or paypal link this account to my old suspended account?
Then suspend and limit again????

Then just give different photo ID. Your ABN, proof of address etc works.
