Stealth PayPal Account Limited.
 

Hi Everyone,

I bought stealth ebay and paypal account roughly 3-4 months back, sold a few items back then and then stopped, I recently started selling again and now my PayPal got limited for no reason, they say they needed to verify my identity.

I am using VPN and virtual machine when accessing ebay and PayPal so I believe there is no way ebay can track/link with my previously banned account.

I tried to confirm my identity by putting in address details but it says the identification failed and I needed to supply Proof of name and date of birth and Proof of Address. This is a stealth account and I do not have the documents for it. Is there a way to remove this limitation?

I think first of all your VPN might be problematic. Secondly you might be selling too quickly. For documentation, best to pm a moderator for help.

For starters the VPN setup doesnt sound too great, however you will need to get creative to even think about lifting the limitation, if its a soft limitation you may be ok. Does it say anything about you cannot appeal the limitation?

I am given 45 days to resolve it. Now I can't send money or withdraw my money, I can only add banks or CC and receive funds.

How should I resolve the documents? Is there a hope to remove the limitation?
