Limited what shall I do

. One of my paypal accounts got blocked and $140 outstanding with Ebay. My question is - will paypal pay ebay out after 180 days or not? Cos if not id rather keep the $140... and if they will id rather pay now and keep this ebay account for shill bidding if needed.

So let me get this right - you are asking us for help so that you can 'con' buyers by shill bidding - is that right? Have I read it right?

Shill bidding is wrong.

To answer your q however OP, after 180 days pp will NOT pay eb the funds (if owed) - it will only let you withdraw...you can not use the funds in any other way possible.

My 2 original accounts got permanently suspended about two years ago because of shill bidding. That time I was new to ebay, now whenever I think of those solid 2006 accounts I regret a lot. Because of few bucks I lost $$$$$. We must know about the system before playing with it.
