Can we use multiple Paypal accounts?
 

If we hit near $1000 our accounts are frozen until we can provide proof of ID, invoices and proof that things were sent etc. Lets say we use our PP account linked with eBay, hit $700 after 20 items and don't want to risk having our PP account frozen - can we use another PP account to accept payments without raising any suspicion but still using the same ebay account?

In payment options you have to put a PP account down as a payment option so figured if we just have multiple PP accounts just to accept payments and not officially linked to any ebay accounts it could be a way around it.

It might work for a bit but by using the same eb account, realize that you ARE doing a forced linking. So if pp's software gets wise to it (and it very well could), you would have a huge ask come down with likely limitation with no appeal and 180 days.

Considering paypal is trying to conform with anti-money laundering regulations that is a no go.
