PayPal Limitation
 

Hi, i have just had my account limited and closed after a number of appeals to PayPal. (Nothing dodgy, just an unusually high amount of refunds in a small period for orders I could not fill due to a supplier being out of stock -

I have my own standalone website that I sell through ligitimately and now paypal has put me into a serious situation with no avenue to receive payments - basically shutting my business down.


I have been searching the web for answers to whether paypal would be able to link my website / payments to a new paypal account that was not under my name (stealth basically) ...would I need to change anything on my website? - like the static ip address, and anything else i cannot think of that paypal may use to identify me?

( i am not web tech savy unfortunately and did not buld my own sites), this type information I cannot find anywhere on the web or forums...please help :( Thankz inadvance
