Paypal limited "just like a bank we need to confirm" etc
 

Hi Evreyone, i would really appreciate some advice on the following...i got the following message when logged into my paypal...
"just like a bank we need to confirm a few things etc etc" then in the resoution centre it says..step 1 confirm identity step 2 answer questions about politically exposed people..
i could really do with any advice offered at all, its a stealth acc selling good original items...
it may be because i have sold ove 10 000 worth of stuff?
whoulld i be creative with some documents? how long do i have now before its completely liimited? [is the clock ticking etc]...whats the "politically exposed bit?' thankyou so much..:yar: aussie user!!

paypal want you to provide info to say you are you.

$10,000 is a big figure to have got to without getting asked B4.

Did you ever have notice about the $1000 anti-money laundering requirements?

Am not going to comment on the politically exposed 'cos I would need to ban myself.

Hi Greenbean...no no money laundering message? this is the first prob...the acc is about 8 months old...

also..[sorry] if i dont..eg move onto another acc how long would i have with the current paypal account beofre they limit it completely?

I have 2 PayPal accounts one in my wifes name (it is about 7 years old) and one in My name (2 years old) My account was limited because I started selling higher priced items on Ebay in the past 2 months and did a bit over 11,000 in sales from Germany and Australia I showed them the items were legit and that the items shipped as described and within 24 hours it was open again I recomend calling PayPal using the contact us link at the bottom of the page it gives you a 1 time pass code to verify the account I further recomend that you get an email address where to send any documents they want rather than uploading them through the system

From the time I sent the documents until I was back in full standing took about 6 hours total

Paypal limit is very easy.

1 : Get to know couple of people in paypal this helps you alot.
2 : When you get limited all they trying to do to find out what you selling is LEGIT and YOU have actually posted those item ( registered post _ always helps alot )
3 : Speak to Paypal rep. the one you maded friends with.
4: If you registered as merchant is MUCH better and helps
5 : document they DO VERIFY.
6 : Make friends WITH atleast 1 chinease supplier.
7 : Dodge the rest of the docs including one bank statement photo shop ( they cannot and do not very that) Paypal is ONLY financial institution and they do not have rights to verify the account belongs to you.
8 : Rest GOD bless. Two week ago i got it and thats what i did and cleared within NO time.
9: Be prepared for these things. So if it hits you you are prepared. Do not wait last minute than cry.
