Load and Go any good for stealth paypal
 
So I was banned from Paypal 4 years ago, but since then I have been using another Ebay account no problem (just with buying NOT selling) my question is this.

Is it best to use Load and Go cards from Auspost to withdraw funds from Paypal ( I can't bet stuffed getting another bank account ) and am pretty sure in Australia you can just withdraw the money from the ATM once the Ebay funds have been deposited.
