Paypal 21 Days Hold
 

This are any way to withdrew money to a bank account if your paypal has the 21 days hold on it because this is new to me.

The good news about the 21 day holds is that they tend to be quickly removed from your account once PayPal sees that the orders are being sent and that the customers are happy.

It is important during this time to give your BEST customer service and ALWAYS ship with a tracking number. Avoiding any issues is key, but if any DO come up (like an unhappy customer) then the next best thing is to handle those issues in a very customer friendly way.

For example, let's say you are selling items that are lower in price, like $10 - $15 and a customer messages you that they are not happy for whatever reason. In this case, I would apologize for whatever the problem was and tell them that I will trust them to return the item but will issue an immediate refund so that they can use that money to find another item to buy. I know that many on the forum will disagree with this, but this type of thing makes them REALLY trust you. Of course, if you are selling $750 laptops, then this is not practical.

I open two paypal account at the same time ,one is okay at the moment no limit/hold and the other get the 21 day hold when someone send a echeque for payment

that is a little vague info.

Are the paypals verified and confirmed for starters.

The fact that you are getting holds with an echeque suggests you have not set your buying conditions correctly.

Are the sales on ebay? What, if any, conditions do you have for buyers?

There are steps you should take to reduce risks.

paypal is putting holds on as a type of protection for you.

Yeah they are both verified and confirm and I had no control what type of payment is made thought paypal and the only condition on ebay auction there no return

My "21 Day Hold" is only about 8 business days. In the US we have stamps.com maybe you have something similar in AU. This is what I do and it should apply to whatever you have. This info can also help those in the US.

I pay for my postage and print labels with stamps.com for ALL my stealth accounts. DON'T try this with any other service like Endica, you will get linked because the software data for those services reside on your computer, stamps.com does not.

Here's what happens. Once Paypal can confirm that a package has been delivered it adds about 3 business days to make sure the customer is happy, then money is released.

You can't use money from the sale to pay for shipping but you can easily use a credit/debit card to pay for it with stamps.com. You can't do this using ebay shipping you must use paypal to pay for the shipping. If you don't push tracking info to ebay/paypal you WILL wait 21 days.

The data will be pushed to ebay and then to paypal through stamps.com

When installing stamps.com be sure to make the program available to ALL USERS so you can use it for each stealth account.

Use the "Batch option" when printing and paying for shipping. ***CAUTION*** Be sure when you create an account for your ebay user, name it the same in stamps.com so you don't make a mistake and download data with the wrong IP.

If you download manually the proper ebay account using it's Windows user and IP, ebay will never link you because they can only read data (Windows user temp files & cookies and IP) for the account you are manually down loading, they can't "reach" the other data in stamps.com

Another advantage is that if you should have an ad pulled down by ebay you can easily download the data from paypal and still print the labels. HOWEVER, paypal DOES NOT allow anyone except ebay to push data to it so you need to make sure you enter the tracking numbers for each order in paypal otherwise paypal won't be able to track the package and release your money.

Be sure when you create a listing you only accept Paypal, do not accept anything else.

Yes, you can control what happens ( to a point)

You must set your buying conditions.

I'm sure they aren't link and I will go thought the sale to see how long it does to clear the funds for future reference
