Couple of questions, please help
 

Couldn't find the answer because im not subscribed, please spend 2 minutes to answer just yes\no.

I'm not in a hurry, i still didnt receive the verification note but i'll probably will when i reach 1k$ on my accounts. I want to be prepared for that.
I got couple of questions.
1)If i'll never hit 1k, always withdraw at 500 hundred will it change something?
2)Assuming im selling legit and i dont have negatives or cases, whats the chances of success in verifying? it's done by paypal computer program and not by a person?
3) All i need is photo ID, Bill and invoices from my supplier? so basically if i find a reliable guy, i can buy ⊗⊗⊗⊗ photo id and utility bill right?
