Notice of updates to our
legal agreements

Dear PREDATOR,

We’ve made some updates to the following agreements:

• Recurring Payments and Billing Agreement
• Privacy Policy
• Combined Financial Services Guide and Product Disclosure Statement
• User Agreement

These changes will take effect on 24 September. The latest changes to our agreements will affect all our users.

We’re continuing to be more transparent with our agreements. We’ve added information to the Privacy Policy to better reflect how we collect and use your information and how you can report privacy complaints. We’ve also clarified how your accounts can be limited if it is linked or associated with another account.

You can see all the legal details published on our website. To stay safe from phishing, we recommend you always type our URL into your browser address bar instead of clicking links in emails. Visit the PayPal site by typing www.paypal.com.au into your browser address bar. Click Legal at the bottom of the page and then Policy Updates.
