paypal linking through exif data or New PC?
 

i know ebay links through exif data.

does paypal do it too?

I don't know what is going on.

My stealth activities have been going great and strong.

Last week i bought a new laptop and started to use the new laptop.

one of my accounts got burned.

i used my backup account that I've been running simultaneously and for some reason. yesterday. i got a paypal notice saying my account is too much of a risk. 180 days permanently limited.

the notice email did not say i was linked to other accounts or give any reason for the limitation. just said it was a risky account and we would like to part ways...

it wasn't till i called and questioned the paypal operator. they hesitantly told me it was linked to another account. they would not tell me the account name it was linked to. they seemed very secretive about how it got linked. I told them i share my internet with several ppl so my ip might be used and they said. no i don't think it's that. that was the only clue they gave me.

this is the first time in a very very very long time this has happened to me. that 2 accounts are gone within a week.

The same week that i happen to be using my new PC. windows 8.1.

my previous PC was windows 7 and i have been running stealth smoothly on my old PC. haven't had ány account problems in months. finally felt like i mastered the art of stealth.

On my new PC. i have been operating the same way as previously.

so i am now thinking that it either must be the exif data in the picture when i submitted Documents to paypal. Paypal matching the exif or..............

something wrong with my new PC. or i am not correctly using my 8.1 pc.

Am i being paranoid that it's my new PC and me not operating windows 8 properly?

I'm not sure what linked you, but PayPal CAN look at the EXIF data if they choose to do so. Maybe someone else will have a better idea.

maybe its too many small links, for example: you used to log in to 5 accounts in 1 hour time frame from windows 7 then you went to 8.1 and logged with 5 accounts in 1 hour so how many people from the same city, almost same BSB's(close banks), switching so fast from win 7 to 8.1. too suspicious right? i bet they have some kind of algorithm like that.

Moreso than ebay.

paypal flag accounts in a much stricter fashion.
