Question of Verification Need Honest Advice

Hey guys new here and been lurking for a while, thanks to so many informative threads here, really good info !

Now my question is this, Now that L&G can't be used to verify stealth PP accounts, What harm would it be to set up a different country ebay/PP account because you can buy these readily on the forums, and then using that as a stealth account to do what you wish ? Wouldnt it be easier that way ? and then transfering money between stealth and real accounts ? Or is this a no go ?

Any advice on getting verified or path in the right direction would be greatly appreciated and sorry if I have crossed on anyones toes here !

If you go off shore, you have the issues of IP access, bank account and address.

It is still possible to create and verify OZ accounts.

L&G are not the b all & end all of stealth. Other options exist.
