Adding foreign bank account to PP with an established Ebay account
 

Hi, I'm seeking some advice on a problem. Some facts first. I am indefinitely suspended on eBay and haven't bothered making a new stealth account. At this time, I don't intend to. I am located in the US. I have a trusted friend / business partner located in Fiji who's helping with eBay by selling items on my behalf and receiving payment while I handle the shipping, etc. In this regard it is essentially a stealth account already, but, not really. Her eBay and PayPal accounts are in good standing. No problems there. The only problem is withdrawals. Banks and banking rules in her country are such that withdrawing funds from PayPal takes a month or two and takes a good chunk of money as fees. Additionally, money cannot be sent directly from her PP account to another (i.e. mine), it must be painfully and slowly withdrawn to her bank first.

She cannot at this time open a foreign bank account to alleviate this problem. I don't currently wish to make a new stealth account myself because hers has good selling limits (100 items/$1000) and to start from scratch would be slow and/or expensive.

Would it be possible to buy a stealth, verified PayPal account with US (or Australian or any better country...) account details and let her use it with her eBay account instead of her own? Or would this raise red flags due to the eBay account and PayPal account having mismatched info? Are there any better ways of getting around this issue?

No you can't do that. It may work for few weeks then you are limited and your money stuck. It's been said a million times.
