Tried my best to research how to make new accounts but not a lot of help for Aussies I could find.
1. Say I open a new bank account does the info I give PayPal regarding my name and address need to match my bank? My PayPals **** down

2- can I open PayPal account using prepaid debit gift cards?
3. Does my PayPal name need to match my eBay name also?
4. Can I purchase stealth account ready to go here in Australia? Cheers

1. No - most banks will accept deposits in mismatched names (Core principle of stealth guide)
2. Paypal registration info SHOULD match ebay info.
