Automatic relisting?

hi guys, this is a simple matter that I cannot seem to solve. I am sure the answer is out there, I contacted ebay through email AND live help but as usual they are of little help.

Basically, I want my listings to automatically relist each 30 days (for multiple qty buy it nows) and each 7 days (for single item auctions).

I want them to relist as fresh, new, that is, regardless of whether the auction sells/does not sell , the auction will be relisted, and if the 30 day multiple qty buy it nows sell, I want the original quantity to be restored on relist, automatically.

I have selling manager basic. Ebay tells me with automation rules I can only relist until the item sells, I cannot automatically relist if the item DOES sell.
The same with Good Til Cancelled, according to Live Help. Can anyone shed light on this? This seems to be such a simple issue so I'm sure the answer is out there.

By the way, in my quantities, some sellers have the quantity listed "More than 10 available" -- how do I put that in my listings?

Thanks, rafc

Ebay lets you/customers know that there is "more than 10 available" simply cause you are selling more than 10 items. So you cant put that but ebay does it for you.

hi there no id -- thanks for your help.

I did try putting more than 10 items e.g. 100, but it still displays the exact number! Oh well...

As for auctiva, I do have that, but unfortunately all my listings are in ebay and that would involve making them all over again in auctiva for relisting...

I guess, if there is no other option...?

Its very easy with auctiva. They will ask you to link with ebay using a token and once you do that your current listings will be imported into auctiva so you dont need to make them all over again.

Give it a try and you'll see how easy it will be.

There are more options like; Make relisting effortless

But for stealth reasons most if not all of us wont use it.
