can i list this item on new account?
 
i have a used Pair of Bowflex Selecttech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells at my home. I would like to sell it. Is it high risk item and can i list it on my new ebay account?

I can't see Dumbbells being high risk, is this type of item phaked?....My personal opinion is to go ahead and list them.
