My Pictures are not displayed
 

I am adding pics to my listings, but they are not viewable on Amazon. When I go to "edit" the images are there, but not when viewing the listing as a customer. Anyone ever had this problem?

I want to include ASIM (B013TQH31U) as an example. There are 3 sellers, including me. Mine is the only one without pics. The really crazy thing is that the main image on the product page is now MY IMAGE!!! It's showing my pic on the product page, but not my listing.

I never saw that anyone had responded. I'm not sure that anything is wrong with my breathing patterns lol. I mean, it's been 3 weeks since I realized that my images are not showing in any of my listings. The other listings have images, so it's not good. I have messaged back and forth with Amazon over and over, but they can't seem to understand. I listed some new items today and it's the same thing. My pictures are uploaded to the listings, but they are not on the Amazon listing. This really sucks.

Same happen with me. I change my browser to firefox and upload the image again after this

I messaged back and forth with Amazon 13 times! I finally found someone with a little sense. It was because my "item condition" was refurbished. From them-

"This feature is currently available for all category listings that are in the Used or Collectible condition, with the exception of: Entertainment Collectibles, Sports Collectibles, and Art. You will not be able to add offer images for listings in refurbished condition. This is because, buyers can view the condition of used products via images in offers page. However, refurbished products are expected to be in good condition. Refurbished typically means that the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications."

You aren't allowed to have images on a listing that is "refurbished". How dumb. Wish they would have told me the a month ago.
