Top Rated Seller on High RISK items !?
 

Hi,

I realized many times those last days that, there are top rated sellers, selling vEro items with huge quantity ( from 2.000 to 85.000 Sales ) .

I tried to find an explanation to that, i looked for an Item 'X' and tried to search it on eBay , i found 2 sellers who're :

- TOP RATED SELLERS
- SELLING HUGE QUANTITY (2.000 Sale & 11.000 Sale)

While there is another seller who're ( were ) selling just 100 - 500 Pcs but they or they were banned from eBay ... ( my case too )

*There is a probability that you can think about too, is that the brand gave them the authorization to sell their products, but when i searched for it i found that this company / Brand didn't and will never give its authorization to someone in order to sell/resell it's products.*

Someone can help me with an answer ?

They have a bigger account than you, and haven't had their listings taken down yet.

As someone who's running a few bigger accounts I can promise you they'll go down sooner or later. Nobody is immune. Bigger accounts are able to sell larger volumes quickly so they get really high "sold counts" before the listing is taken down.

Some accounts just don't get taken down right away. Eventually it will happen though.

For digital keys like software it is also possible to counter a removal with legal help (there are lawyers in germany that only do microsoft key business and have their ways if you pay attention to a few things).

I am not sure if I understand your issue or not!
This means that any ebay account will be banned if it sells well??

No. It means that any account (small or big) will be taken down if it tries to sell Vero items without the proper authorization from the rights holder.

what do you mean by Vero items?
