so i can use the same credit card for each auctiva account?

just to be clear here please advise

1 change window user to right ebay acc
2 change to the ip for that ebay user
3 signup for auctiva, get token
4 contact auctiva to link accounts together to 1 main paid account
then i can log into auctiva account that is linked to same ebay name then l can list
without worries of ip ,then just log out of one auctiva then back into another stil using the same ip, to check a differnt ebay name is this correct? please clear this up i have read through all 10 pages found when i do a search here and about 90% ask a question with no responce please help

Pringles 01-21-2012 12:22 AM

if you are only using auctiva and not accessing the ebay website directly, then you dont need to worry about what IP or cookies you are using

baloch 01-23-2012 12:45 AM

how many accounts can you have under one main account?

Each account has to be with a separate ebay account meaning will auctiva get suspicious of all the activity?

bluegrass1 01-23-2012 02:16 AM

i have 22 accounts signed up to auctiva 1 account paid the rest fall under same account

meaning 22 ebay=22 auctiva acounts i just pay for 1 auctiva acount they let you have many "sub"accounts hooked to one paid account for FREE!!! so no worries listing items
from any ip address as long as you go through auctiva to do the comunicating with ebay for ya. i just wanted to check the safty of this system of opreation???????

Pringles 01-23-2012 07:05 AM

they told me i have only have 3 sub accounts...... per main account

Pringles 01-23-2012 08:28 AM

I received this response from Auctiva Support

Thanks for contacting us again with the requested information.

As per our new policy we are now adding maximum 3 accounts under "Multi-Account" plan. I would like to inform you that, I have combined your Auctiva accounts to be used in a single plan opted by you i.e. Unlimited plan.

In order to view the detail of your plan information, please follow the steps: Login to your Auctiva account -> hover mouse pointer/cursor on the “My Account” tab -> Click on “Plan info” tab.

The only difference between the primary account and the Multi account Plan is that your primary account includes 1 GB of image hosting and the Multi Account Plan includes 500 MB of image hosting space. You will not incur any more monthly fees for the Multi plan unless you purchase shipping insurance through Auctiva or go over the image hosting allowance included with your plan.

You are correct that you will be paying only USD 10.00 for all 4 accounts.

If you have any additional questions or concerns pertaining to your Auctiva account, please feel free to let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting you.
