Free Auction Template creator for Ebay

I post on ebay as a hobby and used to use Auctiva, but now they charge for the services that used to be free. I found a free site that allows you to create auction template borders and then you just paste the html code into your ebay listing when you are creating it. I was just wondering if anyone has used the site before.
