Photos on ebay

Just wondering if it's better to use stock photos or take fresh pics. Anyone care to explain some pros and cons to this? I had success with good close ups but I see other people do good with stock. Please share thanks

'Stock' photos have been shown to trigger closer checking of a listing. It can flag an account unnecessarily. It is better to prepare your own photos in a professional way. It avoids any hint of copyright abuse.

You have to remember that the bots check everything: now first sweep most listings survive: second sweep closer examination which can lead to human intervention. Tolerance is low when there are factors that are not within guidelines. Stock photos are on that list. :ranger:
