Ebay Listing Limitations
 

Hello, my account has 48 100% positive feedbacks, i think i had one violation selling name brand item (ie. LV). so i think ebay restricted my account. however, this ebay aco**** has been sitting for about 7 months already, but when i go back a list again, i still couldn't list. Can anyone help me?

here is the message i am getting while trying to list

In order to maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on accounts, such as yours, that have previous violations related to Intellectual Property. can some one plz answer me question ?

Have you done the VERO questionnaire? Tried listing a non vero item?

This happened to me one time and I had to watch a video and answers some questions at the end of the video and was able to list items after that.

so i acutally finished this eBay Policy Tutorial - VeRO but then i still couldn't list the items, same message comes up!! : (

Have you tried contacting the safe harbor folks?

They are tough on lv, tiffany, etc. but there is hope
 

Usually on first offense you can answer the tutorial and they will turn you back on to list. This is changing in various ways with the lawsuits against ebay.
A phone call has always worked for me. Get someone on the phone and hopefully if you get someone nice they will get you turned back on. Do not relist the same/similar items because they will be sitting there waiting to shoot you down like a sitting duck (should be obvious). If you get someone on the phone who is not nice try someone else. Dont think about live help because they do not have the authority and will give you the run around for days. Paypal seems to control a lot but in this situation I would call ebay and hope someone nice answers the phone. I get really personal with them sometimes and tell them I will lose my house if I cant make extra income on ebay. Be stern and intelligent when talking to them but be nice. It works wonders and happy selling.

p.s. I have learned to be careful with vero once I get kicked off from vero.

Normally after 30 days they let me list again when this happens... they tell me Icant list that certain item or anything like it (same name brand) at this time, and ebay always tells me to wait 30 days and it will work again...

just vary your goods and brands so you can list all of them in one month
