Is selling the exact same thing I was, yet hes been listing and selling since November!

I listed my first item on Friday just gone, by Monday I had 2 Violation things.

how the hell? my description was the same aswell!

I mean California...That's where Ebay is based..;)

What does that mean though? Why does that mean he can sell these, or be selling since November with no Alerts or Warnings? And still be active?

Well, I believe most of us are wondering why they take our auctions down while some can list forever the exact same items!? Now, I have absolutely no proof of this, but I believe there must be a lot of Stealth Ebayers (also known as Ebay employees making extra, selling on Ebay)..

i dont see how living in CA would have anything to do with it just cause ebay is based there. that isnt the problem. the issue is with your account. the fact that it was your first item could have something to do with it. also the violation thing, has been happening quite frequently the last few days. at least for me, constant auctions have been pulled due to a violation listing. which can be 1 of many things.

So many violations here. What the??

it happens when your selling certain kinds of items. or various items. on various accounts. bound to happen at some point. you know that.

Well if he is an employee he should have that disclosed.

Certain items sure do attract (bad) attention

Hes selling a digital emailed item. Thats not allowed and was the reason I got suspended. I was getting violations and found out my competitor was reporting me. I reported him too with my backup account and we both got suspended. An eye for an eye!

just checked the seller out and he is no longer a registered seller
