Does 1 BIN w/duplicate items count as 1 Violation? if removed.

Thanks everyone and aspkin to have this opportunity to shared knowledge, u guys are great! I just have one curious question I wonder if I list an Vero item with Buy it now, but on available is 4 so if a violation hit me, does that counts as 4 total or just 1 violation? My problem is my active account has multiple violations but not yet suspended and never had been. I am leaving it to cool off for now, my stealth accounts I still need it to age a little bit more. I want to use my sister account to list some items, I need the money fast to buy more inventory to sell at flea-market. she has her own ebay and paypal from her own. Sign-up with her laptop not mine, The only thing is that she had log in to ebay wirelessly from my network I set up. I have a feeling it is linked so I want to be aware if any of u guys have done this before without having both accounts be suspended if violation hits. Thats my only concern. i have like 6 copyrights violations and 1 Trademark my next violation could get me suspended for sure, i don't want to take risk. Any feedback or comments on this would help. Thanks all!

I have never even thought about listing VERO with a quantity. You know why? Because It will instantly be taken down. It will just make it more obvious of you selling counterfeit items.:nono:

yikes! that scared me a bit, the item is like under $90, I have seen one seller selling exact same item since 4 months ago. Anyway I will just try to get rid of it some other ways. Thanks for the heads up.
