About auction title for chinese phones

Im am selling chinese "cect" phones, there are no brand logos or names on them. Can i write in auction title that it is : "Nokia N97 style cect phone" or "Apple Iphone 3g style cect phone" ?

Or maybe it is possible just to use "N97 style cect phone" if no brand name so maybe it should be ok?

Yes do not use brand name otherwise may facing VERO take down,N97 style is good.

i tried that trick once for an ipod style MP3 player and my listing was removed after 2 minutes for trademark violation policy.
