Just curious what most people think should be done when a buyer simply doesnt pay and or doesnt respond to emails. Is it best to file a dispute or just let it slide? Obviously, filing a dispute will get your listing fees back, but don't you risk the buyer paying once the dispute is opened and then leaving you negative feedback for the hassle?

It's usually someone who purchases, doesn't pay right away, and then says, oh wait I one another auction, or I changed my mind. I refuse, and they don't pay, and leave me negative..... UGH!
