Shop subscription upgrade
I opened a new shop which has to start at basic level until you get 10 feedbacks.
It states that subscriptions are for a minimum 30 days. Also states that the new fee structure starts the moment you upgrade which is a little conflicting.
So if I upgrade within the first 30 days, do my 20p/20c listings become 5p listings meaning that I will be refunded? Or do I have to pay 20p for 30 days then the fee structure changes to 5p once the 30 days have elapsed?
It isn't clear on the site...Don't really want to contact live chat! |
