I see several listings for help, in ebay UK mostly. 250618816958 for example. Is it safe? How to make such listing according ebay rules?

Is that a private listing. I'm not going to sign into ebay to look at that.
What are you trying to do?

I'm thinking about similar listings. I think not all of them are private.
Iteresting how ebay looks at that?

ebay checks to make sure it is a real Charity. They ask for ID and paperwork to prove it is genuine. Too many sellers tried to be dishonest some years ago

What kind of paperwork would they want to prove it's genuine?

You have to bear in mind you need to report to HM Revenue :rolleyes:

If you use ebay, then they ask for the paperwork included the Registered No# of the company. Only certified charities are permitted. Aint no fudging there.
