I sell nintendo ds lite cards preloaded with games, today someone said have been reporting me to nintendo anti piracy site.
what will happen to me, what actions will nintendo take, if any?
should I shut off my items for a while?

depends who the someone is exactly...you should shut off items yes

unless you have sold to nintendo itself, they wont have your address details, I wouldnt worry, the most they will do is ask ebay to take your listings down.

You should not be selling these sort of item on ebay. I see alot of people from china selling them but I would not risk selling these type of items..

I dont sell the card on ebay.
i check and nintendo have a site where you can report this sellers (me). But not sure how far they may go, they may get my information they may get my information asking for it on the site I sell it. thanks for your responses

Unless you do over 5K the feds will not get involved. It would be up to nintendo to find who you are and sue you directly, which would cost them more money than it worth. If youu used your real info or it can be tracked to you, then you will get a C&D letter telling you not to sell, send them your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ cards and sign something. Ignore it and stop selling for awhile, then sdtart again with stealth.
If you are already stealth ignore it completely until the somehow find your real info.
