The definition of SPAMMING on ebay is putting words/brands in your title that do not pertain to the item you are selling or trying to "spice up" your title to get traffic for a more popular brand/item.
Not only is this against their policy, buyers dont like it either, which is probably how your listing(s) got flagged to begin with.

What are you guys? 5 years old? Seriously, if I want to buy a Gucci bag, I don't want to be shown a "Prada not Gucci" bag. Grow up, stop making it harder to sell for the rest of us.

Completely agree with you, I'm just interested as to how many items on eBay are still up and running that have similar titles.

Not everybody who speeds gets a traffic ticket. Just how life works. But if it doesnt get taken down PRIOR to it ending with a possible winning bidder, then it can get flagged AFTER the listing ends.
buyer pays, seller ships and BOOM you are hit with a "Not received" or "Not received as described" buyer complaint because ebay emailed them telling them to get their money back from you. Why make it harder on yourself to POSSIBLY get more traffic.
again, very many people find it annoying and wont even bid....

All you are looking at is a FEW people who are willing to buy the item, not 1K.

Play it safe...you will be glad in the end.
