How to hide my buyers id's

A competitor of mine is using my feedback to spread lies about me and get new customers. What he do is that he go to my feedback and contact people that usually buy from me and offer them a better deal. My question: is there a way to set the id's of my costumers in a private way like a private auction? I mean that the person that look at my feedback see the scores ect but cant not contact the person that have buy it me an item? Thank you

I'm not sure if that is possible, it is possible to private your feedback though, but then you'll only be able to purchase, and not be able to sell any longer.

Yes the Idea will be to show the feedback but to hide the user ID like if your ide is Ninja it will show N***a just like the private auctions. Anyone knows if there is a way for this?

just report him to eBay?

OP,

Do the following:

1. Contact your buyers and ask them if they would email you AND ebay a copy of the msgs that your competitor is sending them including the headers.

2. But before you do that, you may want to do a live chat with eB and ask them for the link of the email form, so that you can make it easier for your buyers, rather than they have to dig through eB's BS maze.

Ok will do the live chat thing with ebay to get that email form. this is really an annoying situation for me an for my buyers. Thank you all for your help
