Here's a new one, No Disc?
 

Has anyone one had a buyer who claims that the DVD they received didn't contain a disc?

Yep! And it was one from AMAZON that we sold on. Fully packaged, never opened, not a foo-foo. Buyer made the claim. :rolleyes:

We checked the orginal seller: feedback good, no negatives. Wrote the buyer that this was so horrifying for them after all their expectations of goods coming in working order. Asked would they mind if we gave their name address & phone number to help get compensation for both of us..... never heard again from them. 2nd last time we sold dvds. :pop2:

I'm absolutely amazed at what some buyers will do.....

I checked how many of this DVD was being sold, only a few. One from a a non commercial seller, and in the same city as my buyer. Surprise, surprise.
Tempted to buy it after I ask for the return of the empty case for a refund/replacement.

How would this work in a PP dispute?

Buyer receives sealed DVD, but no disc inside, supposedly?

Who would PP side with?

PP would say that the DVD was probably a knock off, and would side with the buyer. True Story!
