Listing is active but not showing on Search
 

Hi everyone,

I've recently been listing some vero items on eBay which are selling quite well.

2 days ago unfortunately, one listing was removed (after I had sold all the items, which was weird) and my policy compliance is now on low. I listed again today and saw they weren't getting much notice at all and then found out this is because it wasn't showing up on the search results, although the listing is still active. No message from eBay about violations etc.

Is this because they haven't updated their database or because I have a restriction which I haven't been told about?!

I have found lately that my listings do not show up until after 1-2 days. I list normal non-vero stuff.

Maybe their system is running a little slow as of late.

i would stop from selling any vero or any high risk item on that account as your policy compliance is now on low, just let it cool off until your policy compliance is at normal, because any other violation would be definite suspension.

I would stop selling VERO as well but I have had a similar issue as well. May or may not be the same.

I have had listings that will not show up if I am searching from ebay motors. THe only way they show up is if I go to the regular ebay main site link and go from there.

Its really a pain. It does it with sold searches as well...

Thanks for the info. They did after about 12 hours show up on search but I'll let the account cool down for now.
