Authentic items? Or not?
 

I have just seen a product on ebay that I am currently selling authentics.. this seller selling the same as put in his listing
'he cannot gaurantee authencity as they are purchased from a friend - so please bare this in mind etc etc'
is this okay?! can he do that?

If he is selling a Friends, Who Cares, Let him sell it and get him out of your way so that you may continue you business.

reporting him will get you own acc looked at, and your own listing removed

WRONG.

If you are selling GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC and dont have a history of bad feedback, complaints of claims, then there is no reason this will happen.

This listing will easily get taken down if you report it as the is a huge NO NO on ebay. I see no problem reporting, because this is the sellers way of saying I know this isnt authentic, but I am just giving you a warning. The seller is NOT selling it for a friend, they just dont want to take responsibility if the listing goes bad.

why report him? let him/her get his/her money...

As I always say, don't judge if you don't want to be judged.
In other words, mind your own bloody business and leave others alone.
