Problem with listing with international visibility
 

I have a problem getting this to work.
I list on the UK site, Category: Mobile Phones > Cases and Covers.
I check the box for international visibility for it to show on US/CA site.
I let the final fees revise to include the fees for this.
Then I click on submit listing.

When I revise the item and it goes to that checkout page, that box is unchecked and when I check it, it again revises to add the new fees, and I click submit.

THEN, I revise the item (to check if it did it), and AGAIN on the checkout page, it shows that the international vis was not a selected option.

3 times it did not work today!
And I tried a 4th time and still!!!!

This is impossible!!!
What is going on?
I spoke to live chat and they told me that the fees for the international vis is not showing.
When I observed my fees, i noticed that indeed they did not charge me even thought I checked the box and the fees show up.

So really what is happening is that the system is not going through with the listing on US site.
I didn't have this issue in the past, then it started to do this for half of my listings.
And now it is doing it to ALL of my listings and making it impossible even when i revise it.

Does anyone have this problem?

Another thing is, the US site does not allow me to list items in this category.
I wonder if this could be the problem?
Anyone knows?

i have the same problem. Listing clothes on ebay.co.uk and put a check for international US/CA. And after revision check is not in place. I am getting this message:

You recently created or revised this eBay listing that included the International Site Visibility feature:

2510XXXX *Diesel XXXXX Jeans Size XXXX,

However, we had to remove International Site Visibility from your listing. Of course, we won't be charging you the fee for it.

Because the laws and eBay policies vary by country, sometimes items that can be listed in your country can't be listed internationally. It's also possible that the listing itself violated an eBay policy in another country. In situations like this, we automatically remove the International Site Visibility feature from the listing.

I sell brand name items but also there are not GUCCI, DSQUARED, DIOR but
i have GAASTRA, FJALLRAVEN and more and all are authentic and still check for Intern. Site Visability is removed. I was using successfully for 6 month to boost my sales and now it's a problem for 1st week.

Anyone can help???

I just read on the eBay discussion forum that some other sellers are having this problem recently.
They have contacted eBay and eBay said that its a glitch in the system which they are now trying to fix.
I hope the get it fixed soon as this really has a big impact on me.

It's a problem for everyone - ebay has no solution for it and we are all losing sales for it. I sell on ebay.com and none of my listings on showing on ebay UK.

Some sellers reported listing through auctiva solves the problems - I have not checked yet if it works.

You posted after the problem has already been solved.
Check it out... it works now.
There was a long discussion on eBay discussion board - this issue affected many but it has now been solved.
It was a glitch with eBay.

im still getting this problem ,my accounts over 3 months old and it wont still let me get international site visibility .
