Is there a way to appear in search result as soon as you list ?

for me normally it takes 24 hours and sometimes 12 hours before it starts selling :s

It depends on the value of the item, category, and account standing of the seller. Some appear fast, others don't. Nothing else you can do besides increase your sales and ship on time.
